About The Event

Battle for the Heart Intensive is a series of teaching sessions, personal reflections, and facilitated team discussions introducing the framework of the heart.

Before you get started

The Battle for the Heart for Men and Women is not a stand-alone event. This event is part of the Battle for the Heart process and includes ongoing weekly team meetings and a second retreat mid-way through the process. It takes 9-12 months for most teams to complete the process. For a full description of what is involved click here. Return to this tab to complete your registration.

PLEASE NOTE: This retreat must have 8 teams registered to occur. We will evaluate within one week of our deadline.

Dorm ($525.00)
Two bunk beds/one bath. Sleeps 4 people. Teams of 3 or more are eligible at this price. Teams larger than 4-persons choosing this option will stay in two dorm rooms. Teams of two in dorm may by charged an additional $50 per person.

NOTE: If selecting a shared room please confirm before registering that your desired roommate is choosing the same room option.*

Extra night

There are a limited number of rooms available (first come, first served) on Wednesday evening before this event. This rate includes dinner, breakfast and lunch. ($145.00)

If you are unable to commit to this preparation or cannot commit to being present for the entire event, please let us know as soon as possible. We may need to reschedule you to a future event when you can be present for its entirety. The event starts with registration on Thursday Feb 6th from 12:45pm-1:45pm CT and the first session begins at 2 CT. The event concludes on Sunday, Feb 9th at 12:30 CT.

Cancellation Policy*

For cancellations made at least 90 days before a retreat we will issue a refund minus a $50 registration fee or roll over the entire registration fee toward another retreat.
For cancellation made one to three months (31 to 89 days) prior to a retreat, we will issue a refund minus a $50 registration fee and any non-refundable charges incurred with the retreat center or roll over the entire fee minus any non-refundable charges incurred with the retreat center.
For cancellations made 30 days or less from the retreat we are unable to issue a refund or roll over any portion of your fees.
